On our way back to Kansas we stopped off at Grammy and Boot's house in Honey Grove. Grammy and Boots are Jason's mom Sherry and her husband Al. They have turned their farm into a "Grandkid Paradise" - complete with a pony, playhouse, ducks, cats, and the sweetest Great Pyranese dog EVER - Max. This dog is GINORMOUS. I thought my mom's 180 lb German Shepherd was big. Neh, he's just big boned. But Max is huge. He keeps the farm and animals safe. I would have loved to take the big lug home with me!

The cows were very curious about the kids. They came right up to the fence to check them out.
